    DVM, Practice Owner
    I graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in 1990 and started at Tomah Veterinary Clinic that year. I most enjoy interacting with my staff and clients and their animals (and I do enjoy helping a good porcupine quill victim). Outside of life at TVC, I enjoy gardening, taking care of my chickens, and baking/cooking (I’m a self-proclaimed food geek). My household includes my husband, Tom, our three dogs Haley, Mildred, and Matilda, along with a small herd of Herefords and a flock of chickens. Fun fact about me: I grind my own whole wheat flour and I can sometimes create an entire meal consisting of foods that have been grown on our farm.

    Associate Veterinarian
    I graduated from University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in 2004. I started working here in the Summer of 2004 (so 13 years). I most enjoy the fact that no day is ever the same and I am always meeting new people and patients. In off hours I enjoy reading, crochet, and fishing. My household includes my dog and my cat who run the place. Fun fact about me: I like big band, jazz, and swing music, plus black and white noir films.

    I graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. After graduation, I worked in northern Wisconsin before moving back to the area last year. I enjoy doing routine surgeries and seeing patients for their annual exams and vaccines. Outside of work, I like to cook and bake, do DIY craft projects, and spend time at my family's dairy farm.

    I have been at Tomah Veterinary Clinic since May 2011 and I graduated from Globe University in La Crosse in December 2011.  My favorite part of my job is educating clients, especially cat behavior and care.  My husband, Josh, and I have two pitbulls, four cats, four horses, and beef cows.  When I’m not working I enjoy horseback riding and hiking with my dogs.

    I graduated from Globe University in March 2013 and have worked at Tomah Veterinary Clinic since graduation.  My favorite part of my job is surgery and nursing care.  My husband, Tony, and I have a toddler, Raelynn, and many animals at home including four dogs, five horses and a pony, two cats, and chickens.  I enjoy horseback riding when I’m not working.


    Fun fact about me: I enjoy gardening (flowers and veggies).

    I graduated from Globe University in 2012 and started working at TVC in November 2017.  I most enjoy running anesthesia for surgeries and cat days!  Outside of work, I enjoy vintage car shows, playing on the family farm with the moo moos, and I bartend. I live with 2 roommates and Rosie, my tripod fluffball, who is generally a pain in my butt.  

    Fun fact about me: Once when I was sleeping, I set up a four-person dinner table with water glasses and popsicles.

    My name is Krys, which is short for Krystine. I graduated from Globe University with an associate’s degree in veterinary medicine. I became a Certified Veterinary Technician shortly after graduating September of 2015. That November of 2015, I became a part of the Tomah Vet Clinic family. I enjoy being a part of the staff of Tomah Vet, they are all very caring and supportive. I enjoy the connection I develop with clients and their pets with my job as a CVT with taking appointments. I also enjoy radiology the most if I were to have to pick a specific role in my career. I have two wonderful pets. Keighley, my canine bestie, who keeps me extremely busy and motivated. We spend a lot of our time playing together at the dog park. Our favorite activity is to play ball. My feline companion who keeps me in line and on track with her feeding schedule, Willow. Besides my animals I enjoy bluff climbing, swimming, and being outdoors with friends and family.

    I graduated from Globe University in La Crosse in December 2016 and I have worked at Tomah Veterinary Clinic since August 2016.  My husband, Kurt, and I have a pug mix named McGee, and a Tortie cat named Aida.  I enjoy nature walks, fishing, boating, campfires, and camping.  I enjoy everything about my job, especially the puppy kisses.

    I recently joined the TVC team! As a vet tech, I most enjoy behavior counseling.  I love helping owners and their pets live happier and more fulfilled lives.  When I'm not working, I enjoy fostering animals, watching the newest MCU movie, reading, kayaking, horseback riding, agility and flyball with my dogs, hiking and theatre.  I have 3 cats (Jake, Jinxy, and Gizmo) and 2 dogs (Maddi and Penny).  

    Fun fact about me: I love music and theatre! I am secretary of the Sparta Area Theatre and Arts Guild and I have performed at Carnegie Hall!

    I have worked at Tomah Veterinary Clinic for 12 years as a veterinary technician and most recently, the triage technician. I most enjoy interacting with the clients and helping to solve problems. When I'm not working, I enjoy gardening, spending time with my granddaughters, mowing lawn, and painting. I live with my husband, Greg, our son, Mike, our two dogs, Jade and Tank, five outside cats, and a lot of cows and calves...oh, and some chickens. Fun fact about me: I can be very creative - enjoy cutting hair and painting.

    I recently joined the TVC team.  I enjoy everything about my job - everyone I work with is so nice and I love all the new things I'm learning every day.  When I'm not at work, I enjoy doing my school work for my CVPM (Certified Veterinary Practice Manager) certification, photography, and reading.  Everyone in my house is two-legged! My boyfriend, Cory, and my kids Collin and Callie.

    I have worked at Tomah Veterinary Clinic for over 8 years. I most enjoy meeting the exuberant pets and visiting with our long-time clients that have become friends. When I’m not working, I enjoy gardening, cooking, and traveling. My husband, Tim, who is an author and corporate trainer, and I have a cat, Cairn terrier, standard poodle, and a cockatiel at home. Fun fact about me: I was born on a Leap Year (February 29th) and it is fun to explain to people that I am “technically” a teenager.

Outside of work, I enjoy creating DIY projects, hanging out with my fur babies, and spending time at our cottage doing recreational activities (four-wheeling, boating, hiking). My husband, Mike, and I have Darcy (a Papillion), Gidget, Lyza, and Violet (the 3 chihuahuas), and Riddle and Kilbourn (our two cats). Fun fact about me: I enjoy far away tropical paradise destinations.

Fun fact about me: I am related to Meinhard Raabe, the Coroner from the Wizard of Oz; born in Watertown, WI (that’s where I get my short genes!)

I have all 4-legged critters at my house, and when I’m not working I enjoy walking, bike riding, and fishing. Fun fact about me: I have an odd sense of humor and enjoy making people laugh. I also believe in doing random acts of kindness.

    I have lived at Tomah Vet Clinic for 8 years now. I share my house with my girls during the week, but I am king of the castle during the weekends. My daily duties include loving on people and eating. When I’m not working, my favorite hobby is sleeping on my dryer. Fun fact about me: I like to dress up and I have a cat nip problem.
